2004 - Donated $100,000 to the Medicine Hat Community Society for Transitional Housing.
2005 - Donated $15,000 and volunteer time to Habitat for Humanity. This money and time helped Habitat build a duplex.
2006 - Donated $15,000 to the Champion's Centre. This money helped the Champion's Centre furnish an 11 bed residence for low income men.
2007 - Donated $100,000 to the Medicine Hat Community Housing Society to help build 50 one bedroom low income rental units.
The Alberta Real Estate Foundation (AREF) provided $80,000 for the 2004 project and $75,000 for the 2008 project.
2009 - Medicine Hat and District Food Bank $5,000.00
